1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invariant Markets ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invariant Markets provides systematic market condition analysis and informational content for educational purposes. The Service delivers model-based readings of market conditions across multiple dimensions. All content is informational only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.

3. Free Preview

New accounts begin with a short free preview of the live dashboard. No payment method is required to start the preview. During the preview you have full access to the live dashboard and alerts.

When the preview ends, your access pauses automatically. You are never charged unless you affirmatively choose to subscribe by completing checkout from your account page. You may continue to log in after the preview ends, but the live dashboard will be gated until you start a paid subscription.

One trial is permitted per person, email address, household, and payment method. Invariant Markets reserves the right to revoke trial access if abuse is detected (multiple accounts from the same network, disposable email addresses, or attempts to circumvent the limits above).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are $49.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Billing begins only after you complete a Stripe Checkout session and explicitly authorize the charge — there is no automatic conversion from the free trial.

Once subscribed, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period and the subscription does not renew.

All charges are in USD. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] and we will review the charge in good faith.

5. Not Financial Advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any form of regulated financial guidance. Invariant Markets is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or regulated financial services provider. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited. Invariant Markets reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying model or algorithms
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Share, transfer, or sell your account access to third parties
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, model outputs, design, and software on the Service are the exclusive property of Invariant Markets. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Invariant Markets does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or timely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invariant Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

Invariant Markets reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

You and Invariant Markets waive any right to participate in a class action. Each party bears its own costs and attorneys' fees, except where the arbitrator or applicable law provides otherwise.
